Writing a business plan is a key to the success of your business eMarketing. It not only provides clarity and focus to your company, but is an important tool for obtaining funds or joint venture partners. Here’s how to create a business plan e-marketing for your business.
Prepare the summary. This section of the business plan summarizes important information about your company, including e-marketing its mission, history, time of commissioning and significant achievements, details of the facilities (offices, special equipment), staff and goals.
Prepare a market analysis. Who is their e-marketing services? They focus on individual entrepreneurs and small brick and mortar companies that want to reach an online audience? If your customers are already online, or ask for help to get online? What are the demographics of your market? What is your market and in the field of industry (eg, e-marketing, for real estate agents)? What is the size of companies that work? Where to find (journals, professional associations, etc.)? What is your plan to achieve them? If you advertise in magazines or online?
